I have a small leak in the front differential that appears to to coming from the top of the differential case, above the ring gear. Is there a seal up on top where the pin that holds the axle to the frame goes through that can be replaced without hauling the tractor to the dealer for repair?I also need a B2150 shop manual. Does anyone have one for sale? Thanks

I would look at your front engine oil seal. I don't have a manual in stock but I could order one for you. ....

The front oil seal is what I first suspected, but there does not appear to be any oil dripping from there. Also, the oil smells like gear oil, not engine oil and it is not a black as engine oil.
I will look again. I can get a better look if I unhook the from axle from the frame or pull off the side panel.

How much is the shop manual?

Thanks again.

Steve

Steve the service manual for a B-2150 hsd is 125.90 the parts is 7.80. I would drain the front axle first and reinstall new oil. The front end might have picked up some moisture and that might be forcing some oil out the vent. ....
